Downe Arms Update – February 2026

  • Planning and Listed Building Consent have been lodged with North Yorkshire Council, with a decision expected soon.
  • Extensive refurbishment works are scheduled to commence following approval.
  • Anticipated opening of Hotel, Restaurant, Bar & Event spaces – Summer 2027.
